In this unique seasonal opportunity, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will play a key role in growing TurboTax's client base, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. By leveraging TurboTax marketing support and software, you will build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both yourself and the community you serve.

About the Role

As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve customers both in-person and virtually, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support. Your ability to understand each customer's unique situation and connect with them on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress often associated with tax season.

You will act as a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax as a fixture in your local area. This involves engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through proactive outreach. You will also lead local events, participate in marketing initiatives, and make the topic of taxes accessible and approachable for everyone.

Beyond technical preparation, you will facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and maximize refunds. Your goal is to create an exceptional customer experience that turns one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships. You will interact with customers using Intuit's state-of-the-art video communication tools and address inquiries while helping them overcome tax-related challenges.
