This position is based in Colorado Springs and serves as a key facilitator for the company's Orientation program. The role is designed to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new team members while supporting broader organizational development initiatives.
You will manage pre-orientation logistics specific to the Colorado Springs site and lead Team Member Orientation sessions. Beyond facilitation, you will support the refinement and documentation of performance review processes, including goal setting, evaluation, and calibration. You will also act as a consultant for company needs related to onboarding, performance management, career pathways, Team Member Experience (TMX), and engagement initiatives.
This role requires facilitating Orientation in Colorado Springs 2–3 Mondays a month from approximately 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The position operates in a high-paced, ever-changing, and complex environment where the ability to multitask is essential.
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Alternatively, a minimum of eight years of related experience in corporate training or organizational development may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement. Applicants should demonstrate strong facilitation skills in complex topics such as performance management and employee engagement, along with outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
