This position provides essential administrative support to the VP of Human Resources and the broader HR department, assisting in achieving the organization's mission and goals. While the Human Resources Generalist supports all areas of the department, the primary focus lies in talent acquisition, onboarding orientation, and total rewards administration.
You will work independently to manage typical day-to-day HR functions, ensuring the hiring process flows smoothly and timely. Your role involves delivering excellent total rewards administration, facilitating professional onboarding for new hires, and maintaining the accuracy of the HRIS. You will partner closely with the Human Resources Benefits Partner on multiple HR processes and initiatives, serving as a reliable resource for employee inquiries and engagement efforts.
Compensation for this position is based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
