The Project Clerk serves as the administrative backbone for the underground mining project team, ensuring seamless communication between site personnel, contractors, and corporate management. This position is vital for maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to strict reporting requirements, and supporting the daily coordination of complex mining operations.

As the primary liaison between the project and various departments at Corporate and Shared Services, the Project Clerk manages the flow of information regarding safety, production, and logistics. The role involves a dynamic mix of record-keeping, data tracking, and administrative support, requiring the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with fluctuating demands.
