This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about modern hiring tools, active in online communities, and eager to expand their professional networks. As a Recruiter, you will leverage our platform to connect with companies offering split fees, source and submit candidates, and utilize our dedicated recruiting course to refine your skills.

How to Grow Your Earnings

Success in this role is driven by your ability to connect with hiring managers, recruiters, and startup founders. You will be encouraged to leverage your existing network or community to reach decision-makers directly. By securing your own contracts, you will earn split fees and recurring income, while also gaining access to bidding opportunities for large recruiting projects and weekly leads from our network of fellow recruiters.
