As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Construction Recruitment, you will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HR leadership, driving the full-cycle recruiting process from workforce planning through onboarding. Your primary mission is to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our organization's strategic goals, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every candidate.
In this position, you will be the face of our recruitment efforts, managing job postings, executing sourcing strategies, coordinating interviews, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will foster clear communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure processes remain organized, compliant, and timely. As you grow within the team, you will take on increased responsibility for managing requisitions independently, analyzing recruiting metrics, and leading initiatives at career fairs and networking events to continuously improve our hiring effectiveness.
We are looking for individuals who are people-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented. Success in this role requires a strong drive to build high-quality talent pipelines and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
