As the Talent Acquisition Director, you will lead an AI-enabled, data-driven strategy that accelerates our growth while strengthening First Horizon's culture and enhancing the experience for both our clients and associates. This role is pivotal in balancing the need for scalable, resilient recruiting operations today with the modernization of the function for tomorrow.
You will partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Retail, Wealth, Risk, Technology, Operations, and Corporate to anticipate workforce needs and translate growth plans into effective sourcing, pipelining, and hiring strategies. Your day-to-day will involve driving operational excellence by standardizing processes, optimizing our technology stack, and managing external partner relationships. Beyond execution, you will champion a learning culture, lead change management initiatives, and ensure that our hiring practices reflect our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
