About the Role
The ideal Tailor/Fitter provides each customer with the best possible service through the quality of their craft. You will be the expert partner in ensuring every garment fits perfectly, combining technical precision with a friendly, professional demeanor.
In this role, you will measure customers, mark areas requiring alterations, and perform sewing and pressing tasks according to Nordstrom's service standards. Your day involves managing customer fittings efficiently while utilizing store technology to organize alteration needs. Beyond the technical work, you will educate both customers and team members on proper fit, style, construction, and current trends, collaborating closely with the Alterations & Store Team to deliver exceptional results.
