The Product Line Systems Engineering Department in Nashua, NH, is seeking a Test Solutions Engineering Lead to support teams developing complete test solutions for semi-automated product testing throughout the entire product lifecycle. This role is critical for ensuring the reliability of complex electronics, covering Development Design Verification Testing, Production In-Process Testing, Environmental Stress Screening, and Sustainment Fault Detection/Isolation to support field repairs.
You will lead the development of test stands, interface hardware, and software that automates or semi-automates the test environment. Beyond technical oversight, this position requires a motivated, team-oriented leader with strong problem-solving abilities and people skills. You will collaborate across multiple disciplines, assist with project planning and execution, and manage the development of the assigned workforce. Success in this role demands the ability to estimate costs and schedules while fostering a collaborative environment across various channels.
Due to the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the specific nature of this position, this role is performed full-time on-site at a BAE Systems customer facility 100% of the time.
