We are seeking a Deputy SEIT Lead to join the Advance Compact Electronics Solution's Product Line Systems Engineering Department in Nashua, NH. This role is critical for planning, preparing, and executing the development and qualification of the Advance Compact Electronics Solution. You will collaborate internally across functions and externally with industry partners and customers, operating under the guidance of an experienced SEIT Lead.
In this position, you will assist with project planning and execution while managing and developing the assigned workforce. Success requires a motivated, team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities and the people skills necessary to support collaboration across multiple disciplines. You will be expected to lead engineering teams in a development or R&D environment, estimating costs and schedules while managing complex projects. Due to the need for consistent, in-person collaboration, this role is performed full-time on-site at a BAE Systems customer facility 100% of the time.
