About the Team

You will join the Advanced Technology (AT) Supplier Development Engineering team, a specialized group dedicated to advancing the future of cardiovascular care. Our mission is to support the design and development of implantable devices and delivery systems that treat life-threatening heart conditions. We operate at the intersection of cutting-edge engineering and critical manufacturing, ensuring that innovative medical solutions transition smoothly from concept to patient impact.

About the Role

As a Senior Supplier Development Engineer, you will serve as a vital bridge between our internal design teams and our external manufacturing partners. This 18-month onsite role in Irvine, CA, is designed for an engineer who thrives in dynamic, high-stakes environments where precision and speed are paramount.

Your day will involve leading supplier validation activities and managing the integration of new products into our manufacturing lines. You will apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) concepts to ensure that complex cardiovascular and endovascular devices can be produced efficiently and safely. From initial product development phases through commercialization, you will work directly with OEMs and contract manufacturers to resolve quality issues, optimize processes, and align cross-functional teams on strategic milestones.
