About the Role

Reporting to the Director of IT, this Systems Administrator role is the backbone of our technology infrastructure, supporting 200+ users across a hybrid Windows, macOS, and iOS environment at our Williamsburg, Brooklyn headquarters. This position is designed for a proactive, self-directed problem-solver who takes ownership of both strategic initiatives and hands-on technical work.

You will oversee day-to-day system operations, cloud infrastructure, security, and lead a help desk team of five. The role bridges the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience for our global operations. From managing disaster recovery plans to evaluating new software requests, you will be instrumental in maintaining the reliability of our IT ecosystem while staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
