This opportunity resides with Global Security (GS) within HII Mission Technologies. Our group comprises live, virtual, constructive (LVC) solutions, fleet sustainment, nuclear and environmental services, and Australia business operations. As a trusted partner to military customers, HII designs, develops, and operates the largest LVC enterprise, preparing warfighters for cross-domain battle. We understand that true readiness requires full coordination rather than piece-parts.
For over 40 years, the U.S. Navy has entrusted HII to maintain and modernize the vast majority of its fleet. With a holistic approach to life-cycle maritime defense systems—from small watercraft to submarines, surface combatants, and aircraft carriers—we ensure a high state of readiness. Additionally, HII supports the Department of Energy's national security mission through the management and operation of its sites, as well as the safe cleanup of legacy waste across the country.
Our team of more than 7,000 professionals worldwide delivers all-domain expertise and advanced technologies in service of mission partners. Mission Technologies is leading the next evolution of national defense—the data evolution—by accelerating a breadth of national security solutions for government and commercial customers.
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a System Administration Support Technician to join our Technology team supporting the DTOC. This team enables Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) events, mission networks, site connections, cybersecurity, and related functions critical to Air National Guard training and readiness.
In this role, you will directly contribute to the success of national defense training missions by ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient system operations. Your expertise will help maintain mission-critical networks, safeguard sensitive information, and support the seamless execution of live and distributed training events. You will work within a culture where leadership is a mindset, not a title. Through our Leadership Capability Framework, every team member is expected to know and grow their people, build relationships through open communication, take ownership of their work, prioritize the customer mission, shape the future with curiosity, and act with urgency.
We build the world's most powerful, survivable naval ships and defense technology solutions that safeguard our seas, sky, land, space, and cyber.
