This position serves as a strategic partner to the Sustainability Management and Leadership Team, playing a pivotal role in driving and reporting on sustainability initiatives across the organization. The role exists to ensure alignment with our global sustainability goals and to continuously refine our reporting processes. You will be the bridge between various departments, facilitating the flow of critical data regarding people, communities, the environment, decarbonization, and governance.
In this role, you will support the end-to-end global sustainability reporting lifecycle, from initial planning and data collection to final publication and communication. A key focus will be on strengthening our governance framework by developing and maintaining Internal Control over Sustainability Reporting (ICSR). You will work closely with business units to design standardized reporting processes and facilitate interactions between external service providers and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will support sustainability-related business initiatives by providing financial acumen and expertise, while staying ahead of emerging trends and best practices in the global sustainability landscape.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or Sustainability preferred.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Sustainability, or other technical / science-based education. Familiarity with Sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including ESRS, ISSB, SASB, GRI, TCFD, etc. Familiarity with Sustainability raters and rankers such as MSCI, ISS, Sustainalytics, CDP and/or others.
