This on-site position is based at the Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel in Snoqualmie, Washington. The role is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the casino's gaming operations through vigilant CCTV monitoring and the investigation of daily activities. As a key member of the Surveillance Department, you will ensure strict adherence to Gaming Commission regulations and internal controls while protecting the casino's assets and the security of the gaming floor.
You will work the Grave shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM), which includes required weekend coverage. This role is open exclusively to applicants residing in Washington State.
We offer a competitive pay rate starting at $28.20 per hour, with opportunities for annual performance-based increases up to $29.61 per hour depending on experience. Applicants must hold a High School Diploma, GED, or recognized equivalent. A basic skills math test is required to demonstrate proficiency in arithmetic operations. While an Associate Degree or two years of experience in the gaming industry (specifically in table games, surveillance, investigative revenue audit, or cage operations) is preferred, three years of active duty military service with an honorable discharge may be accepted in lieu of gaming experience.
Successful candidates must be able to learn how to detect casino fraudulent crimes, document court-admissible evidence, and operate complex CCTV systems. All positions require a pre-employment drug test and the ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Please note that the use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for this specific department.
