About the Role

As a Surgical Technologist, you will function as a vital member of the surgery team, delivering patient care and assuming appropriate responsibilities before, during, and after surgery. You will handle the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. You will understand the procedure being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon, ensuring quality patient care during the operative procedure while constantly maintaining the sterile field.

You will be part of a supportive work culture that offers opportunities for growth and advancement. Whether you are in the Operating Room preparing necessary supplies and equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, or managing the surgical environment to reduce infection risk, your role is critical to the efficiency and success of the team.
