About the Role

As a Certified Surgical Technician (CST), you will work under the supervision of a surgeon to facilitate safe and effective surgical procedures. You will serve as an expert in the theory and application of aseptic and sterile techniques, utilizing your knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures to prepare the sterile field, supplies, instrumentation, and equipment. During surgery, you will assist the surgical team through a combination of knowledge, participation, anticipation, and critical thinking, working alongside circulating nurses and other team members.
