The Surgical Technician 2 - Certified role is integral to our surgical teams, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and procedural efficiency. You will be the guardian of the sterile field, managing the instruments and equipment essential for every surgical procedure performed within the department. This position requires a high level of competency and proficiency, allowing you to demonstrate a surgical conscience through strict adherence to aseptic techniques. Your day-to-day impact involves preparing the surgical suite for environmental safety, maintaining a meticulously organized sterile environment, and ensuring the seamless flow of supplies and instruments. Beyond the operating room, you will play a key role in the decontamination process, inventory management, and fostering a culture of service excellence through cooperative and professional interactions with colleagues.
