About the Role
You will join the Labor and Delivery team at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN, working full-time on days. In this role, you will be the vital link between surgical preparation and patient safety. Your day will involve readying the operating suite with sterile drapes and instruments, anticipating the surgeon's needs during procedures, and ensuring the safe preparation and positioning of patients. You will maintain a meticulously organized instrument field and rigorously track item counts to prevent retained objects, ensuring a seamless and secure environment for every procedure.
