At Mia Aesthetics, we are redefining plastic surgery with a simple goal: to ensure everyone has access to the highest quality procedures without the premium price tag. Backed by an elite team of plastic surgeons across the U.S. and a family of over 80,000 satisfied patients, our mission is to make beauty accessible to all.
We are more than just a clinic; we are a team transforming lives and supporting dreams every day. We are committed to providing our team members with on-the-job training, professional development opportunities, and clear paths for advancement.
As an In-Clinic Surgical Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our patients and our medical team. You will guide prospective patients through their journey, from the moment they walk into the lobby to the finalization of their booking. Your day will involve greeting patients, facilitating consultations, and educating them on procedures, requirements, and the booking process.
This role is dynamic and patient-focused. You will interact with clients via text, email, and phone, building rapport to overcome objections and close sales. You will also manage administrative tasks such as creating invoices, ensuring medical forms are completed, and assisting with patient intake and scheduling. Whether supporting in-clinic or virtual consultations, your goal is to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for every patient.
Interested candidates should apply directly through our career portal. We look for individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish and are ready to join a mission-driven team.
Mia Aesthetics is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
