This Receptionist position serves as the first point of contact for patients at our Forest Hills and Manhattan offices. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment, and maintaining the smooth flow of daily administrative tasks.
Your day will involve answering phones, checking patients in and out, and managing appointment schedules. You will prepare patient charts with necessary forms, direct patients to their destinations, and assist in maintaining a tidy waiting room. Additionally, you will support the team by organizing mail, stocking nourishments, and providing relief coverage for lunch and telephone duties when needed.
Maintaining strict HIPAA compliance is a core part of this role, ensuring patient privacy and data security at all times. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
