About the Role
The Surgical Coordinator plays a vital role in guiding patients through the entire surgical journey. Acting as a crucial liaison between patients, physicians, and surgical facilities, this position ensures seamless coordination from the initial consultation through post-operative care. You will be the main point of contact for patients, addressing questions and concerns while maintaining professional communication with surgeons, optometrists, and facilities. This role is essential for helping patients make informed decisions about their care, particularly regarding elective procedures like cataract lens choices.

Requirements
- verifiedCollege degree including business-related courses
