About the Role
As an Optician, you will be the bridge between medical precision and customer style. In this role, you assist customers with frame selection, fitting, and dispensing while utilizing technical information to interpret prescriptions. Your goal is to ensure every customer receives accurate product information and services tailored to their visual needs and insurance coverage.
You will guide patients through the SERVE sales process to identify their specific needs, recommending lenses that enhance their lifestyle. This involves analyzing prescriptions, communicating with the lab and optometrists for accuracy, and performing precise measurements and adjustments. Beyond technical duties, you are responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly dispensing area and ensuring compliance with all hygiene and social distancing protocols.
