About the Role

As a Surgery Recovery Unit RN, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn. Whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives, you will help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and state standards. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, compassionate care following established nursing models. You will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
