HCA Florida Blake Hospital is a 380+ bed facility located on a thirteen-acre campus by the Gulf Coast beaches in Bradenton, FL. As the only state-designated Level II trauma center in Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto Counties, we provide comprehensive services including 24-hour emergency care, open-heart surgery, burn care, cancer care, joint replacement, and inpatient rehabilitation. About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the Med Surg Cardiac Tele PRN unit, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn. Whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives, you will help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.

You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by collaborating with medical providers and the care team. Embodying our organization's vision and values, you will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring an outstanding patient experience. Your day-to-day involves assessing patient conditions, performing ordered procedures, administering medications, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and medical conditions.
