The HCA Healthcare Residency Program at Mission Hospital is a year-long initiative designed to shepherd you through the transition from student nurse to registered nurse. This program provides a supportive community of nurse educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents to foster learning, clinical application, and socialization.\n As a Resident I Graduate Nurse, you will be surrounded by mentors who promote your development while you gain hands-on experience. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, serving as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers. Working collaboratively with medical providers and the care team, you will utilize established nursing models to provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.
