We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join the NASO team in Mayport, FL. In this critical role, you will lead engineering and technical services to support the maintenance and planning for the overhaul and repair of equipment and systems associated with U.S. Navy Surface Ships. You will serve as a vital liaison between Serco and the Ship's Force, providing technical guidance on Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E), aviation equipment, and combat support systems.
Your day-to-day involves managing teams responsible for inspections, analysis, and repairs of naval propulsion and auxiliary machinery. You will oversee corrosion control assessments, develop formal work packages, and deliver training to Ship's Force on maintenance procedures. Success in this position requires cultivating positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring project success in a dynamic maritime environment.
This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance. Please note that Serco is currently responding to a proposal; this position is not yet funded or active.
