About the Role

The Environmental and Operations Support Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our facilities. You will lead ongoing activities within our hazardous materials management programs and oversee hangar operations support. This position serves as the bridge between regulatory compliance and daily operational flow, providing general direction to EHS Technicians and Hangar Operations Support Technicians.

In this role, you will be the first responder to spills or hazardous material releases, ensuring immediate and safe resolution. You will coach and mentor your team, developing standard work plans and assigning tasks that allow maintenance operations to continue uninterrupted. By coordinating with quality, planning, and maintenance lines, you will maximize efficiency and ensure that all chemical storage, waste disposal, and environmental reporting meet strict State and Federal regulations. Your work ensures that our facilities remain safe, compliant, and ready for the demands of aviation support.

Hiring Process
