About the Role
As a Support Technician, you will provide technical assistance to clients across diverse environments within the DFW Metroplex. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting where no two days are the same. You will tackle complex IT projects that make a real difference, ensuring you never get stagnant in a never-changing environment.
Your day will involve delivering remote and onsite technical support, diagnosing issues across desktops, laptops, networks, and cloud services, and managing support tickets with accuracy. You will work closely with senior engineering staff to escalate advanced issues while building positive client relationships through reliable service. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently yet values the support of a collaborative team.

Requirements
- verified1–3 years of IT support experience
- verifiedValid driver's license and reliable transportation
- verifiedStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- verifiedUnderstanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs)
- verifiedExperience with RMM/PSA platforms
- verifiedFamiliarity with Active Directory and Azure AD
- verifiedAwareness of cybersecurity best practices
