We are seeking a Software Support Representative to join our Enterprise Assessment & Tax team. This team operates as the vital bridge between our government clients and our internal technical groups, ensuring that complex software ecosystems run smoothly for public sector operations.

About the Role

As a Software Support Representative, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. Your core mission is to manage the intake and documentation of client issues, track their progress, and facilitate seamless communication across departments. While you will not directly resolve technical or software problems, your role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and the continuous improvement of our service delivery processes.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day presents diverse questions and challenges. Success in this role requires a genuine passion for helping clients, building strong rapport, and working collaboratively with a team driven by common goals. You will be the face of Tyler Technologies for a specific group of clients, managing support contracts, licenses, and the nuances of scope management to ensure every interaction strengthens the working relationship and highlights the potential for future growth.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position operates on a hybrid schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT. You will work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office collaboration required from Tuesday through Thursday. Occasional travel may be necessary to support client needs.

  • check_circleFollows up with clients after resolution to ensure acceptable results before closing incidents

Requirements
