Nabors is a leading provider of advanced technology for the energy industry, operating in approximately 20 countries. We have established a global network of people, technology, and equipment to deploy solutions that deliver safe, efficient, and responsible hydrocarbon production. By leveraging our core competencies in drilling, engineering, automation, data science, and manufacturing, Nabors aims to innovate the future of energy and enable the transition to a lower carbon world.
As the company's global supply chain continues to expand in size and complexity, the existing business-unit-based structure and systems architecture have proven insufficient to deliver the level of visibility and control required for effective operations. This role exists to drive the evolution of our supply chain function, ensuring that both processes and systems mature alongside the business.
Over the next three to five years, significant system implementations and upgrades will be undertaken to enhance performance, improve integration, and replace legacy systems. In this capacity, you will serve as a change agent for global process and system improvements. You will collaborate with all Business Units, Supply Chain, and IT groups to support the development and implementation of integrated global supply chain systems. Your day-to-day will involve re-engineering business processes based on cross-functional requirements, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring projects stay on track, on time, and within scope. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships across the organization, including vendors and other departments, while leading and directing the work of others to meet project deliverables.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will actively participate in decision-making processes with all business units to ensure alignment and collaboration. We look for individuals who exercise sound judgment, make decisions that reflect company policies and strategic priorities, and possess the ability to influence across business units and departmental lines, including at the executive level.
