Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) operates mission-critical data centers across regions and continents, influencing infrastructure reliability, security, sustainability, and long-term capacity growth. We are a technically rigorous environment where experienced engineers, automation specialists, and compliance teams work together in a rapidly scaling hyperscale cloud infrastructure. Our culture is built on operational excellence, valuing safety, process rigor, clear accountability, and continuous improvement as foundational to protecting uptime and customer trust.
This individual contributor role is designed to manage vendor-facing processes across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to performance tracking and issue resolution. You will partner closely with Site Operations, Facilities Managers, Service Managers, and cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering. Your primary mission is to improve vendor performance, reduce execution risk, and support the continuity of critical services.
In this position, you will own vendor execution activities to ensure contracts and service scopes align with uptime, safety, quality, and operational expectations. You will drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders, utilizing strong judgment and commercial awareness to navigate service issues and performance expectations. The role requires a data-driven approach to identifying performance gaps, execution risks, and process inefficiencies, ensuring that vendor documentation, compliance artifacts, and records remain complete and current.
This role supports mission-critical data center environments where execution quality, responsiveness, and operational discipline are essential. Regular attendance and occasional travel are required to support vendor coordination, site engagement, and performance oversight. To perform these duties, you must be able to frequently walk, stand, and move through operational and office environments, with occasional visits to industrial or active site areas. These tasks must be performed safely, with or without reasonable accommodation, to support the continuous health of site operations and vendor-delivered services.
Oracle offers long-term career development opportunities designed for professionals building careers in cloud infrastructure and facilities operations. You will benefit from internal mobility, role-based technical training, and development opportunities that allow you to grow within the organization.
