Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is at the forefront of the AI and cloud revolution, bringing together data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to power everything from industry innovations to life-saving care. This role sits within the Chief of Staff organization, serving as a strategic nexus for the global data center construction portfolio. You will partner closely with Construction, Procurement, Legal, Engineering, and Delivery leadership to define how Oracle manages supplier performance at scale.
Our mission is to ensure vendors meet schedule, quality, and contractual commitments, enabling the predictable, on-time delivery of critical infrastructure that supports billions of lives. True innovation starts when everyone is empowered to contribute, and this team is committed to growing a workforce that promotes opportunities for all.
As a senior individual contributor, you will lead supplier strategy, performance management, and external delivery optimization. This position exists to bridge the gap between internal execution and external delivery, ensuring that Oracle's massive construction goals are met through robust supplier governance.
In this role, you will define and implement a global supplier strategy aligned with OCI's delivery goals. You will operationalize performance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards, to monitor vendor adherence to schedules and quality standards. Your day-to-day involves driving corrective actions for systemic issues, resolving handoff breakdowns between internal teams and external vendors, and serving as the central point for critical supplier escalations. You will deliver executive-level insights on risks and trends to inform strategic decisions, ultimately improving supplier reliability and operational efficiency across the organization.
The role will generally accept applications for at least three calendar days from the posting date or as long as the job remains posted. Candidates are evaluated based on their ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate at executive levels.
