About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide front-line leadership to a team of Workforce Analysts. In this capacity, you will play a critical role in supporting survivors of natural disasters. The FEMA team operates with a mission to be available to those in need, requiring a workforce that is flexible, responsive, and dedicated to meeting program objectives and customer service level agreements.
This is a temporary position designed to ensure continuity of operations during critical periods. You will act as a resource for your team, fostering a culture of growth through coaching, mentoring, and role modeling. Your day-to-day involves balancing the strategic oversight of workforce management with the tactical execution of monitoring call volumes, adjusting schedules, and resolving immediate operational challenges to restore service levels quickly.

- check_circleEnsure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy including rest and meal breaks
- check_circleAnalyze historical trends and performance metrics to identify areas for operational improvement
- check_circlePrepare individual and unit production reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases
- check_circleOversee updates to agent attendance and compile adherence statistics
- check_circleProvide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to identify development opportunities for team members
- check_circleEvaluate subordinates' job performance and recommend appropriate personnel actions
- check_circleMaintain scorecards and performance tracking for the workforce management team
