Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide frontline leadership to a team of Workforce Analysts. In this capacity, you will drive program objectives and ensure adherence to customer service level agreements while supporting survivors of natural disasters. The role demands a high degree of flexibility, as the FEMA team must remain available to assist those in need at all times.
This is a temporary, remote position requiring US Citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance. You will be expected to work an eight-hour shift, five days per week, with availability anytime between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends.
To ensure seamless operations, Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for this role. However, candidates must maintain a private, secure home office with a dedicated internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload) via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet cable. A smartphone is also required to log into Maximus systems. Candidates must permanently reside in the Continental US.
