Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide front-line leadership to a team of Workforce Analysts. In this capacity, you will play a critical role in supporting survivors of natural disasters. The FEMA team's mission is to be available to help those in need, which demands a high degree of flexibility and commitment from our staff.
This position serves as the bridge between operational goals and team execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that program objectives and customer service level agreements are met through effective workforce management. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm where you must monitor call volume fluctuations, adjust schedules in real-time, and act as a resource for your team to restore service levels quickly.
This is a temporary, fully remote position. To support the mission of serving disaster survivors, the role requires availability for an eight-hour shift, five days per week, within the hours of 6:30 AM to 2:30 AM EST, including weekends.
As a federal contract role, candidates must be US Citizens and possess the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance. Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for this position. Home office requirements include a private, secure work area, a smartphone for system login, and a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload) via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet cable. Candidates must permanently reside in the Continental US.
