Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide front-line leadership to a team of Workforce Analysts. In this capacity, you will support survivors of natural disasters, a mission that requires significant flexibility and dedication. The FEMA team strives to be available to help those in need, and this role is critical to ensuring program objectives and customer service level agreements are met during times of crisis.
This is a temporary, remote position. You will serve as a resource for your team, providing role modeling, leadership, coaching, and mentoring to support their development and growth. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm where you will monitor call volume fluctuations, react to restore service levels quickly, and maintain strong working relationships with operations supervisors and management to solve staffing and scheduling issues.
Maximus is committed to a fair and transparent hiring process. We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or other legally protected characteristics.
If you require reasonable accommodations during any phase of the employment process due to a disability, medical condition, or physical or mental impairment, please contact People Operations at applicantaccom@maximus.com for assistance with accessing job postings, completing assessments, or participating in interviews.
This position requires US Citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance. You must be able to work an eight-hour shift, five days per week, anytime between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends.
As a remote employee, you will need a private and secure work area with a reliable internet connection (25 Mbps or higher, 5 Mbps upload) and a Category 5 or 6 ethernet connection to your home router. Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for this role, but you must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US and possess a smartphone to log into Maximus systems.
