Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide front-line leadership to a team of Workforce Analysts. This remote position is critical to supporting survivors of natural disasters through the FEMA team. The role exists to ensure program objectives are met and customer service level agreements are maintained, requiring a high degree of flexibility to be available when those in need require assistance.
As a supervisor, you will guide the workforce management team through daily operations, acting as a resource for team members while providing coaching, mentoring, and leadership to support their professional growth. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of workforce monitoring schedules, forecasting data, and production tracking systems to ensure seamless coverage of business operations.
This is a temporary position requiring US Citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance. Candidates must be able to commit to an eight-hour shift, five days per week, with availability between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends.
Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for this role. Applicants must reside permanently in the Continental US and maintain a private, secure work area with a high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and a Category 5 or 6 ethernet connection.
