Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide front-line leadership to Workforce Analysts supporting survivors of natural disasters. This role is critical to the FEMA team's mission of being available to help those in need, requiring a high degree of flexibility and dedication.
As a temporary position, you will serve as a resource for your team, offering coaching, mentoring, and role modeling to drive growth and development. Your day-to-day involves monitoring call volumes, adjusting schedules in real-time to restore service levels, and ensuring the workforce management system accurately reflects staffing availability. You will act as a bridge between operations and the workforce team, communicating effectively to resolve issues and improve metrics.
