This position serves as a critical hub for operational reporting and team leadership within a high-stakes government contract environment. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of data that drives program decisions and satisfies strict contractual obligations. You will be responsible for sustaining an effective reporting program that gathers, trends, and analyzes operational activity, while simultaneously supervising Reporting Specialists and coordinating their work.
In this capacity, you will act as a bridge between operational data and executive leadership. Your day-to-life involves preparing monthly client presentations, generating routine and ad-hoc reports, and providing management with up-to-date program statistics. You will also play a key role in program expansion planning and implementation, ensuring all deliverables meet the rigorous standards of corporate, project, and state requirements.
This role operates within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment that demands a high level of confidentiality and organizational skill. The position requires a hybrid approach to work, combining on-site supervision with remote capabilities. For remote contributors, Maximus provides the necessary equipment, but candidates must maintain a private, secure work area with a dedicated internet connection (25mbps+ download, 5mbps+ upload) via Category 5 or 6 ethernet cable. A smartphone is also required to log into Maximus systems.
The schedule involves an eight-hour shift, five days per week, with flexibility required to work anytime between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends. Candidates must permanently reside in the Continental US and be able to pass a Federal Government Clearance.
