This position serves as a critical hub for operational reporting, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data that drives program decisions. You will supervise team members and processes to sustain an effective reporting program that gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity. The role involves coordinating the work of Reporting Specialists, assisting in the creation of monthly client presentations, and developing both routine and ad hoc reports for corporate, project, and state stakeholders.
You will act as a bridge between data and management, providing up-to-date program statistics and ensuring full compliance with contract requirements. Success in this role requires navigating a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Maximus provides the necessary equipment for this position. However, candidates must maintain a private and secure home office with a dedicated workspace and adequate power source. A stable internet connection is mandatory, requiring a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (50 Mbps for shared connectivity) and a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps. Connectivity must be established via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router. Additionally, you must possess a smartphone required to log into Maximus systems and permanently reside in the Continental US.
