This position serves as a critical hub for operational reporting and team leadership within a government contract environment. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of data that drives program decisions and satisfies strict contractual obligations. You will supervise team members and processes to sustain an effective reporting program that gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity. Beyond managing the reporting lifecycle, you will coordinate the work of Reporting Specialists and assist in creating monthly client PowerPoint presentations.
The day-to-day rhythm involves providing management with up-to-date program statistics and delivering contractually required monthly and quarterly project status reports for corporate, project, and state stakeholders. You will participate in program expansion planning while ensuring all work meets established performance criteria. The role demands a balance of supervisory oversight and hands-on execution, requiring you to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ensure compliance with company policies, including Wage & Hour regulations.
This is a remote position within the Continental US. Maximus provides the necessary equipment for this role. However, to ensure seamless connectivity and security, candidates must maintain a private and secure work area with a reliable internet connection (25mbps or higher, 50mbps for shared connectivity) and a smartphone for system login. The role operates on an eight-hour shift, five days per week, with flexibility required between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends.
