This position serves as a critical hub for operational reporting and team leadership within a government contract environment. The role exists to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of data that drives program decisions and satisfies strict contractual obligations. You will be responsible for supervising team members and processes to sustain an effective reporting program that gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity.
In this capacity, you will coordinate the work of Reporting Specialists, assist in creating monthly client PowerPoint presentations, and develop required routine and ad hoc reports. The role demands a high level of confidentiality and the ability to provide management with up-to-date program statistics while meeting all standards outlined in annual performance criteria. You will also participate in program expansion planning and implementation, ensuring compliance with company Wage & Hour policies and all required procedures.
Maximus provides the necessary equipment for this position. However, candidates must maintain a private and secure work area with adequate power sources. A stable internet connection is required, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (50 Mbps for shared connectivity) and an upload speed of at least 5 Mbps. Connectivity must be established via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router. Additionally, a smartphone is required to log into Maximus systems. Candidates must permanently reside in the Continental US.
