This position serves as a critical hub for operational reporting, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data that drives program decisions. You will supervise team members and processes to sustain an effective reporting program that gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity. The role involves coordinating the work of Reporting Specialists and assisting with the creation of monthly client PowerPoint presentations. You will be responsible for developing required routine and ad hoc reports, providing management with up-to-date program statistics, and delivering contractually required monthly and quarterly project status reports for corporate, project, and state stakeholders.
Beyond reporting, you will participate in program expansion planning and implementation while ensuring strict compliance with company Wage & Hour policies, including rest and meal breaks for non-exempt employees. The role demands excellent customer service skills and adherence to all company policies, procedures, and processes.
Maximus provides the necessary equipment for this position. However, candidates must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US and maintain a private, secure work area with an adequate power source. Home office requirements include an internet speed of 25mbps or higher (50 Mbps for shared connectivity) and a minimum upload speed of 5mbps. Connectivity must be established via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router. Additionally, a smartphone is required to log into Maximus systems.
The position requires the ability to work an eight-hour shift, five days per week, anytime between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends. Candidates must be US Citizens and possess the ability to pass a Federal Government Clearance.
