This position serves as a critical link in sustaining an effective reporting program that gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity. The role exists to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports in strict compliance with contract and project requirements, providing management with up-to-date program statistics and supporting contractually required monthly and quarterly project status reports for corporate, project, and state entities.
You will supervise team members and processes, coordinating the work of Reporting Specialists and assisting with the creation of monthly client PowerPoint presentations. The role involves participating in program expansion planning and implementation while demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Success in this position requires navigating a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and adhering to all company policies, including Wage & Hour compliance.
Maximus provides the necessary equipment for this position. However, candidates must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US and maintain a private, secure work area with an adequate power source. Home office requirements include an internet speed of 25mbps or higher (50 Mbps for shared connectivity) and a minimum upload speed of 5mbps. Connectivity must be established via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router. A smartphone is also required to log into Maximus systems.
Candidates must be US Citizens and possess the ability to pass a Federal Government Clearance. The role operates on an eight-hour shift, five days per week, with flexibility required between the hours of 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends.
