About the Role
This position serves as a critical link in sustaining an effective reporting program that gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity. You will coordinate and evaluate the work of Reporting Specialists while assisting in the creation of monthly client presentations. The role requires providing management with up-to-date program statistics and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all reports in compliance with contract and project requirements.
You will participate in program expansion planning and implementation while demonstrating excellent customer service skills. The role involves ensuring compliance with company Wage & Hour policies and all required procedures. As a team member, you will work within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, balancing independent tasks with collaborative efforts.
Work Environment & Equipment
Maximus provides the necessary equipment for this position. The role requires a private and secure work area with an adequate power source. Internet connectivity must be established via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router, with a minimum speed of 25mbps (50 Mbps for shared connectivity) and an upload speed of at least 5 Mbps. A smartphone is required to log into Maximus systems. Candidates must permanently reside in the Continental US.
