This position serves as a critical operational hub, responsible for supervising team members and processes to sustain an effective reporting program. The role gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity to provide management with up-to-date program statistics. You will coordinate the work of Reporting Specialists, assist in creating monthly client PowerPoint presentations, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all routine and ad hoc reports in compliance with contract and project requirements.
The role also involves participating in program expansion planning and implementation while ensuring strict adherence to company policies, including Wage & Hour regulations and required training. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and meet all standards outlined in the annual performance criteria.
Maximus provides the necessary equipment for this position. However, candidates must maintain a private and secure work area with an adequate power source. Home office requirements include a high-speed internet connection (25mbps or higher, 50mbps for shared connectivity) with a minimum upload speed of 5mbps. Connectivity must be established via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router. Additionally, a smartphone is required to log into Maximus systems, and candidates must permanently reside in the Continental US.
