This position serves as a critical oversight point for operational reporting, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of data gathered for corporate, project, and state stakeholders. The role is designed to sustain an effective reporting program that not only gathers and trends operational activity but also translates complex data into actionable insights for management. You will be responsible for coordinating the work of Reporting Specialists, assisting in the creation of monthly client presentations, and driving program expansion planning.
The position requires a unique blend of supervisory leadership and technical precision. You will manage routine and ad hoc report development while ensuring strict adherence to contract requirements and company policies, including Wage & Hour regulations. Success in this role depends on the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Maximus provides the necessary equipment for this role. However, candidates must maintain a private, secure home office with a dedicated power source and a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload). Connectivity must be established via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router. A smartphone is also required to log into Maximus systems. Candidates must permanently reside in the Continental US.
