This position serves as a critical link in sustaining an effective reporting program that gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity. The role exists to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports in strict compliance with contract and project requirements, providing management with up-to-date program statistics and contractually required monthly and quarterly project status reports for corporate, project, and state entities.
You will coordinate and evaluate the work of Reporting Specialists, assist in the creation of monthly client PowerPoint presentations, and participate in program expansion planning. The position demands a high level of confidentiality and the ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Maximus provides the necessary equipment for this role. However, candidates must maintain a private and secure work area with adequate power sources. A stable internet connection is required, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (50 Mbps for shared connectivity) and a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps. Connectivity must be established via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router. Additionally, a smartphone is required to log into Maximus systems. Candidates must permanently reside in the Continental US.
