Maximus is seeking a Reporting Supervisor to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This role is critical to FEMA's mission of helping people before, during, and after disasters. You will be part of a team dedicated to supporting survivors of natural disasters by managing the reporting infrastructure that tracks operational activity and disaster assistance applications.
The position requires a high degree of flexibility to ensure the team remains available to help those in need. As a supervisor, you will oversee team members and processes to sustain an effective reporting program, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with federal contract requirements. This is a temporary position designed to provide essential support during critical periods.
This is a remote role for candidates permanently residing in the Continental US. Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for this position. However, candidates must maintain a private, secure work area with a reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload) via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet cable. A smartphone is also required to log into Maximus systems.
The role operates on an eight-hour shift, five days per week, with flexibility required to cover any time between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends. Due to the nature of the federal contract, candidates must be US Citizens and possess the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance.
